All members are strategically placed throughout the UK offering you the best, and the selection process of becoming a member requires the following criteria is met;
 
  • The welfare of the Doves used must be a top priority
  • A mimimum of 5 years experience in the breeding, training and general care of homing  birds plus 2 years operating  a White Dove Release business.
  • Each individual has a proven track record of providing a reliable and professional experience for their customers
  • Their website is kept updated with acurate information, and is easy for you the customer to navigate
  • They run their business with integrity and under no circumstances use images/text taken from the web or indeed other companies which misleads customers.
  • They will work together to find you the best in value for money within your area
  • All are all registered businesses, and therefore operate legally.
Why the Association was formed.
 
White Dove Release is becoming an increasingly popular request for Weddings and Funerals along with Memorials, Civil Partnerships and Birthdays.
Because of the increase in popularity there are people setting up that either have no clue about how to keep these Doves well and happy, and also have no customer service skills which either way will not make for a succesfull dove release. There are all sorts of horror stories to be told from customers who have had a bad encounter with an inexperienced person, or the wrong breed of Dove attending their wedding.
Unlike a lot of businesses that require the simple buying and selling of stock or gaining a qualification to set up a business, you need knowledge gained from experience as the Doves used need care and attention 7 days a week 365 days of the year by people who know how to care for and train them. From keeping them spotlessly clean - every mark will show up on your photos, to diagnosing a potentially life threatening virus these Doves a prone to, your expert bird keeper will have a wealth of information at their fingertips. This is not gained overnight!
In summary, this association was created as a non profit making service by people who are as passionate about their Doves as they are about providing you with outstanding customer service.
